cay’la-monee east river adventure

Ride 1: East River One thing I learned on my adventure is that Manhattan is where I rode , the Bronx is north of Manhattan, Brooklyn is south east of Manhattan, and Queens is east of Manhattan. One thing I didn’t like was riding up the hills and pushing the bikes up and down the stairs. One thing I did like about riding the bike was when I rode to see all the different types of bridges it made me feel very happy and very tired it was a very long ride and I achieved my goal I promised my-self I would not stop riding till I got to the top of the hill and back and that’s what I did.

RIDE 2:  QUEENS/ ROOSEVELT ISLAND:

One thing i learned today was that there was hospitals in Roosevelt Island. and there was a queens bridge. One thing I didn’t like was riding up and down the bridges, riding over water and being the person to get back. One thing I did like was coming back home to drink cold water and relax.

RIDE3:BRONX/STARLIGHT PARK 

One thing I learned today was that male eels can grow up to 3ft and female eels can grow up to 4ft. One thing I didn’t like was going up the bridges and back down and putting a mugwort in my mouth to get a badge and putting a sumac plant in my water but i didn’t drink any cause it was nasty I just put in for my badge. One thing I did like about my biking trip was accomplishing  my mission.

Ride 4: Inwood Hill Park

One thing I learned today is that there were Indian caves there that Indians used to live in years ago. One thing I didn’t like about this biking trip was riding really far and taking a long time getting there and coming back. One thing I did like about was going inside the Indian cave to explore coming back and resting. Some things I saw was the Hudson River, a building shaped like a pumpkin carved face, a pavilion, and a light house. The word eureka means I found it. And the word exploration means to find new things and observe things.

Ride 5: Newtown Creek 

One thing I learned today was that there was black mayonnaise in the sewers years ago and it blew the manholenen to the round. One thing I didn’t like was ride up the the bridges and getting sick on the Pulaski bridge and not going over the Queens borough bridge because there was bus accident.instead we went on the Tri-borough bridge then the Randall’s island pedestrian bridge  which took much longer.one thing I did like about this ride was making it back homes safely. the word of the day was pollution it means dirty/unclean.

Ride 6: Staten Island

One thing I learned today was that there was a secret garden behind a little castle. One thing I didn’t like was going up the hills. One thing I did like was going on the ferry and going down hill. p.s. it was awesome
