Intro Lesson: rules of the road and safety, riding skills, basic geography
Each week, Cyclopedia expands its reach to the younger children of the club so they can be introduced to bicycling, team building, and Rochester geography and history.
Below is a map of our Junior (8 to 12 year-old) Chili Ave./Erie Canal ride.

My favorite part was riding on the bridge.
My worst part was when I thought my bike was headed for the trees.
I had lots of fun.
I like when we went down pass the Erie Canal.
I did not like when we went down the bridge.
I enjoyed when we found the licence plate.
I liked the whole ride. It was fun.
That was a really fun ride. We found lots of objects like license plates, wheels, and other things. That was one of my favorite days. There was not a worst part of the ride.
This ride was fun. Everyone laughed at us girls because we had to pee and the boys could just go in the bushes! I was also proud of myself because I made it up the hill and I didn’t make it last time, but this time i did! I always have a great experience!
The best thing I liked was when we went under the brige and everybody was screaming under the brige and riding with one hand. The worst was when my pedal came off the bike and I had to walk back.
The best thing about the ride was that there were a lot of hills to ride down. The worst part was when we had to ride up some of the steep hills.
My favorite thing was going down the bridge. My least favorite was when somebody bumped into me.
8.7.12 My favorite thing was riding over the rail road tracks. My least favorite thing was almost falling in the ditch and almost crashing into the gate.
The best thing about the ride was that it was my first time going.The worst part of the ride was when people were bumping into each other.
It was great ride, I love to ride bike riding. I didn’t like when we went down the steep hill.
My favorite thing about riding the bikes was going down the hills.
My least favorite thing about riding bikes was going up the hills.
l had so much fun riding the bike. I hated having on the helmet.
My favorite thing was when we all working as a team. My least favorite is when I hit studs on the sidewalk.
I liked when all the kids stopped and started riding together. I did not dislike anything about the ride.
I liked that we where on bikes. I disliked the hot sun.
I liked that we went down the hills. I liked the whole ride.
I liked that we went on bridges. I did not like that we kept stopping.
The best thing about this ride was that we did really good. The worst part was that two people couldn’t finish the ride.
I liked when we went down the bridge. I did not like when I had to ride up the bridge.
I liked when we rode on the bridges and when we was going fast. I disliked when we kept bumping into one another.
I liked when we went down hills and under tunnels.I did not like when I crashed into Heaven and when my buddy broke his bike.
The ride was great, I just love riding and getting the exercise. I really had no complaints!
The best thing that I liked about the ride was when we rode down the hills.
The worst thing about the ride was when we had to stop because the bike had broke.
On the ride what i liked is going through the tunnels. What I disliked was that my bike broke.
